Only what you confirm goes to iiko. You post the document and check stock yourself.
MORE THAN JUST RECOGNITION
Why choose ReconDoc
The service runs on real invoices from real restaurants and gets more accurate the more it works with each supplier.
1 in 4 → 2 in 3
The longer you work with a supplier, the less manual work you do
On the first invoice from a new supplier, the service fills in roughly every fourth line on its own — it hasn't had anything to learn from yet. By the tenth invoice from the same supplier, that's about half; after that, almost two-thirds. Matches are remembered separately for each supplier.
Remembers how each supplier names your products
The supplier writes "cherry tom. 250," and in your iiko it's "Cherry Tomatoes, kg." Point out the match once, and the service fills it in on its own from then on.
RU EN TH
Reads invoices in Russian, English, Thai — and beyond
Russian, English, Thai, or any other language — the service reads the invoice in whatever language the supplier used.
Real human support in chat
Run into an invoice the service couldn't handle? Message us on Telegram. You'll get a reply from the person who builds the product, not a first-line bot.
Built around what restaurants ask for
Sensible improvements that fit a real workflow ship fast. Tell us what's missing in how you handle invoices — we'll talk it through and build it if it'll help more than just you.
PRICING
Pay for invoices, not for users
Add as many team members as you need — only processed documents count toward your plan. Recognition, matching, and receiving photos via the Telegram bot are included on every plan.
First month free, 100 invoices included
No card required. The first month includes up to 100 invoices — enough to try the service on invoices from your own suppliers and see if it's a fit.
Invoices are issued in euros. The dollar figures are an approximate guide — the exchange rate moves, so treat them as a reference point, not a fixed quote. Not sure how many invoices you need, or paying from outside Russia? message us on Telegram — we'll help you pick a plan and set up billing together, no card required to start.
Yes, with both. Syrve is a renamed iiko — they share the same API, so setup and day-to-day use are identical.
Your iiko server address and a user with rights to create incoming invoices. Setup takes about 15 minutes; after that the system pulls in your stores, suppliers, and catalog on its own. You can start recognizing invoices even before you connect iiko.
It starts noticeably helping from the third invoice of the same supplier, and keeps getting more accurate after that. Matches are remembered separately for each supplier.
The system stores several spellings for the same item and learns from what you confirm.
Yes, as long as the handwriting is legible. Lines the system isn't sure about are flagged for you to check by eye.
Russian, English, Thai, or any other language — whatever language your supplier used on the invoice.
You'll see it before anything is sent: lines are shown next to the invoice photo, and you can correct any value. Only what you confirm goes to iiko.
Our checkout is set up for Russian cards, so message us on Telegram and we'll set up billing together — bank transfer or another option that works for you. Your first month is free and includes 100 invoices, so there's no rush, and you can switch plans anytime.
