ReconDoc Public Offer
For the provision of ReconDoc services. International version dated 21 September 2026.
This document constitutes a public offer (the “Offer”) issued by Individual Entrepreneur DMITRII PRIIMAK, registered in Georgia under registration number B23136797, identification number 320013329 (the “Provider”) and sets out all material terms for access to ReconDoc (the “Service”). Registration with the Service and/or payment for the services constitutes acceptance of the Offer, meaning full and unconditional acceptance of its terms.
1. Definitions
- ReconDoc Service: the software service available at recondoc.online for recognizing supplier invoices, checking them and transferring them to the Customer’s iiko/Syrve accounting system.
- Customer: a legal entity, individual entrepreneur or individual who has accepted the Offer.
- Account: the Customer’s access to the Service, created through self-registration on the Service website with email verification, or by invitation.
- Plan: a set of access terms, including the monthly number of invoices available for recognition and the included features, published on the Service website.
2. Subject Matter
The Provider grants the Customer the right to use the Service under the selected Plan, and the Customer agrees to pay for the services in accordance with this Offer. The Service recognizes invoice images uploaded by the Customer, matches line items to the Customer’s catalog items in iiko/Syrve and, at the Customer’s instruction, creates an incoming invoice in the Customer’s accounting system. Incoming invoices are created unposted; the Customer posts them independently.
3. Access to the Service
Create your account: https://app.recondoc.online/signup
To access ReconDoc, register at the address above and verify your email address. If you already have an account, sign in at https://app.recondoc.online/login.
Access to the Service is provided remotely through recondoc.online, without the delivery of physical media. After payment for the selected Plan has been confirmed, access to the paid features is enabled in the Customer’s account. New Customers receive a free one-month trial, which includes processing up to 100 invoices.
4. Plans and Payment
The available monthly invoice allowances are:
- Start: up to 100 invoices per month.
- Standard: up to 300 invoices per month.
- Pro: up to 1,000 invoices per month.
- Max: up to 1,500 invoices per month.
The selected Plan, service fee and payment currency are agreed with the Customer and specified in the payment invoice issued by the Provider. Invoice allowances and service fees may also be agreed individually. The terms applicable to the Customer are displayed in the Customer’s account. Individually agreed terms take precedence over the standard Plans listed above.
Payment is made in advance for the billing period by bank transfer to the Provider’s account specified in section 10 and in the payment invoice. The amount payable, currency and any applicable taxes are stated in the payment invoice. The Customer should use the payment reference specified in that invoice. Payment of the invoice constitutes acceptance of this Offer.
The billing period is one calendar month, or one month from the payment date if specified in the payment invoice. Payments are not collected automatically; the Customer pays for each renewal independently. The service is deemed duly provided if the Customer has been given access to the Service during the billing period.
A refund for the unused portion of a paid period is made at the Customer’s request, in proportion to the remaining days and less the cost of services actually provided.
5. Provider’s Rights and Obligations
The Provider shall:
- maintain the operation of the Service and safeguard the Customer’s data, including daily backups;
- refrain from disclosing the Customer’s data to third parties, except where necessary to provide the service, such as to a payment provider, or where required by law;
- provide support through the contact channels listed on the website.
The Provider may:
- engage third-party technology services for recognition without disclosing the Customer’s identity to them;
- suspend access in the event of a breach of the Offer or non-payment.
6. Customer’s Rights and Obligations
The Customer shall:
- pay for the selected Plan on time;
- ensure the lawfulness of the documents processed through the Service and the validity of access to the Customer’s iiko/Syrve accounting system;
- check recognition results before transferring an invoice to the accounting system;
- refrain from using the Service for activities that violate the law or third-party rights;
- be responsible for the actions of persons to whom the Customer has granted access to the account.
7. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not guarantee 100% recognition accuracy and is not liable for decisions made by the Customer on the basis of Service data without verification. The Customer is responsible for the final review of each invoice and for posting it in the accounting system. The Provider’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the billing period in which the grounds for liability arose. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure.
8. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (available in Russian), which forms an integral part of the Offer. By accepting the Offer, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data on the terms set out in that Policy.
9. Term and Amendments
The Offer takes effect upon publication or delivery to the Customer and remains in effect until withdrawn by the Provider. The Provider may amend the Offer and the Plans by publishing a new version on the website or delivering it to the Customer. Amendments do not apply to a period that has already been paid for. Continued use of the Service after the amendments have been published or delivered to the Customer constitutes acceptance of them.
