This is a short notice for the English-language trial page, not a translation of the full policy.
ReconDoc is a Russian service for restaurants running iiko and Syrve. This page describes
what happens on this specific page (recondoc.online/en) and when you sign up for a
trial from it. It does not replace the full privacy policy, which is published in Russian —
see the link at the bottom of this page.
This page runs Yandex.Metrica, a web analytics counter (id 110819207), the same one used on the other public pages of recondoc.online. It collects technical data: IP address, browser and device information, the page address and referrer, visit time, and on-page actions. On this page session recording is also on ("Webvisor") — it records cursor movement, scrolling, and clicks, so we can see how the page is actually used and where visitors get stuck.
The application itself, at app.recondoc.online — including the sign-up and login
pages — does not run this counter at all. Once you're inside the product working with your
invoices, there is no analytics tracking.
Signing up asks for an email address and a password. The email is used to confirm the account (a confirmation link is sent to it), to let you log in, and to send service messages — for example about your trial or your subscription. We don't sell it or use it for anything else.
Once you're using the product, it works with the documents you upload: invoice images and the data extracted from them (line items, prices, suppliers), plus the connection details for your iiko/Syrve server if you connect one (stored encrypted). This is the same handling described in the full Russian-language policy — this English page doesn't change it, only summarizes it.
Message Telegram support and we'll get back to you.
